Ingredients:
- 16 oz pasta
- 4 c water
- 2 T butter
- 0.5 c cream
- 0.5 c milk
- 2 -2.5 c shredded cheese
- 1 c frozen peas
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 0.5 t paprika
- 1/4 t black pepper
Instructions:
- Add pasta, water, salt, and butter to pot.
- Close lid and set valve to sealing.
- Pressure cook on high for half the box time minus 1 minute.
- Quick release when done.
- Open lid, stir in frozen peas (rinse before if frosty or icy), and add cream and milk.
- Add cheese gradually while stirring constantly. Can turn on saute mode if it gets cold.
- Adjust texture by adding milk if too thick. Leave it looser if you intend to reheat it later.
